Dr.Krishna received Purdue University’s Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence‘s 2022-2023 Research Project Grant. This grant will fund the Urban Matter Lab’s inaugural research project in the John Martinson Honors College, working with students to create a repository of documentation on Black heritage sites in the Greater Lafayette area.
This research project grant for assistant professors and associate professors is made possible through funds from Ketan and Tanuja Sheth Family Endowment and the Meghana and Vinayak Ranade Family Endowment established in spring 2019. Until 2021, the grant was administered separately for the categories of assistant professors and associate professors respectively.
